The Dev and I were recently discussing how Items will be crafted, we both talked about different Item 'levels', which a skilled crafter could make lets say a Seax much better (and a higher chance of it being much better) then a Novice, we were discussing having a physical aurora around the Item at least in it's info box and that it could get dirty thus hiding the aurora.

here is our Concept of that, note this is subject to a lot of change possibly, we only made images for the ones with effects.

(Grey) Seax - A poorly made one, less durability perhaps.



Seax - no effect, a bog standard one.

(White) Seax - Above average, made by a trained tradesman.



(Green) Seax - Good quality one.



(Purple) Seax - A master tradesman made it.



All of these were made by Sir Harold (Shufflex).

You could add a legendary one (Orange in most games) and have it be like a sword that can only be crafted by the best of the best (Probably someone who has already crafted hundreds or maybe even thousands of normal Seaxes) and even then it would be his masterpiece (Maybe after crafting a 100 seaxes someone could get a really small chance of making a legendary one, which ofcourse increases when he makes even more seaxes).

I left some purple at the top of the first one lol, just another example of why you shouldn't attempt anything important when you're tired.
