Although they wouldn't be the most useful thing right now, I think in the future it might be a good idea to play around with the idea of temporary forums for individual projects. These forums would have passwords on them only given to people participating in the project. Although I don't see much use for this in the Military Info-Graphic project (Other than announcing meet ups, we have the document for most of the organization), I see much more potential in things such military campaigns and other things with more complexity (Such as a city plan.)
As I said these forums would only be there as long as the project is alive, once it's completed or stopped the forum would be removed. It wouldn't be very useful if the project was dead. To avoid clutter on the main page you would put them all in a sub forum of another forum, like what I did with the civilizations on my fan forum.
For confidential projects you would have a few forums open at all times, maybe just call them "Project Rooms" or something similar, not giving any details on what's going on inside. These would be constantly open (Open as in not being deleted, they would still be secret to people who don't have the password) so nobody would know if anything is going on. Remember that people will still be able to see all of the project forums title's, just not the content.
